Pet & kid friendly ranch minutes to town

This home is a 3 bedroom ranch with a few front porch steps to access the front door. You enter into a large foyer with ample space for coats, shoes, hats, etc. and hall with laundry closet. Then walk into the open floorplan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen filled with natural light from all the windows. In the living room is a closet for additional storage you may need and where you will find the games and kids toys. Fireplace is for decorative use only. In the kitchen you will find plenty of amenities such as paper towels, hand towels, wash rags, hand soap, dish soap, microwave, electric stove, oven, toaster, blender, to-go containers, select individual condiments, Keurig coffee pot and kcup machine as well as single pot packets, kcups, creamer, sugar, and tea. The first bathroom is at the beginning of the hall and is stocked with toilet paper, bath and hand towels for the first two bedrooms, washcloths, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cotton balls, q-tips, cotton pads, extra toothbrushes, floss picks, and makeup wipes. Small step stool available for the small kiddos. The blue bedroom and has two twin beds with a nightstand, closet, and luggage rack. It has additional blankets on the bed and in the closet. The orange bedroom has a queen bed as well as a portable twin stored in the closet, also equipped with a luggage rack and storage in the closet. The green bedroom at the end of the hall is the primary's bedroom with attached bathroom. It has a king bed, storage desk, dresser, and luggage rack stored under the bed. The bathroom is equipped with all of the amenities as the hall bathroom. There is a door for the back deck with access to the lighted gazebo featuring a picnic table for dining, chairs for watching the deer in the morning or the stars at night, and a propane grill for cooking. Down the few steps is a charcoal grill, and up the path is a stone firepit.
